Why we should consume Aloe Vera ?: A regular intake of Aloe Vera would keep ones body detoxified; strengthen its immune system, increasing energy and stamina levels, keeping digestive system clean thereby controlling most of the chronic ailments and preventing the incidence of any disease.
The air we breathe, the food we eat and the water we drink are far from desirable limits and as such there is a continuous build up of toxins in our system, hence a need to detoxify our body regularly. Truly, there is nothing else that compares to the medicinal potential of Aloe Vera and yet most people only know about the topical applications of Aloe Vera gel. They think it's only good for burns and cuts. In reality, Aloe Vera is useful for both external and internal use.
Our body needs a continuous supply of vitamins and minerals and we end up spending a lot on supplements. Unfortunately, the body only absorbs 10-20% of the nutrients found in traditional pills and capsules that use indigestible fillers and coatings. The remaining nutrients are literally flushed down the drain. Whereas 98% of live liquid nutrients present in Aloe are absorbed by your body and this absorption process begins the minute the liquid enters your mouth. Researchers believe that 90% of all diseases begin in the digestive tract due to improper digestion, absorption and assimilation of nutrients.
When correcting nutritional deficiencies, while we won't see instant improvements in most cases, we will be promoting true and lasting healing. Pharmaceuticals may sometimes "work" instantly, yet never address underlying causes and pose unwanted side effects. Contrary to popular thinking, drugs don't heal anything only the body can do that - when it gets what it needs, the essential vital nutrients.
Also with multiple crop rotations each year on a single plot of land, intense farming practices have depleted vital nutrients from the soil. These deficiencies are showing up in our bodies. Reports explain that a deficiency in nutrients can cause us suffering and may even shorten our lives. Only now are we beginning to fully understand how much harm the uses of chemical fertilisers, pesticides and waste contaminants have done to our bodies. All the more reason to turn to, ask for help from Aloe Vera - The Miracle plant of God or as the Egyptian say The Immortal plant Did you know that after the Dandi march in 1930 when Mahatma Gandhi was asked what was his secret of maintaining strength after the various satyagrahas and fasts, he said “My unshakable faith in god, my simple and frugal life and my intake of Aloe Vera which I had discovered in South Africa.”. There are many instances in history where this powerful healing herb, this incredible plant Aloe Vera finds mention.
Many of the Aloe Vera liquids available in retail are very weak, some are mixed with food thickeners to make them look like a gel, most have been heated, destroying a significant portion of their healing effect
