Cadet) Dear Sir, Further to your Circular Letter DM 1183 of 13 December 2000, I have the honour of returning to you the short-form implementation letter from the Administration of the Central African Republic, which we have duly filled out, relating to the dual-mode handheld terminal HNS 7100, manufactured by the company Hughes Network Systems and operated by Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications.
