Article VI, Section 2 of the Amended and Restated Declaration of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions For the Harbour Town Club reads as follows: “No unit, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained by an Owner upon the Property, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration be made on any improvement of the Property until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, material, color and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the (Architectural Review) Committee as to the harmony of the external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography and in conformity with the objective standards set forth in this Article VI, Section 2.”
