  • Lead Reliability Engineer in New Product Development for several subsystems which is part of a larger complex Laboratory Diagnostic System.

  • Worked closely with Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, and Software engineering to develop and implement reliability plans for new product development to ensure attainment of specified reliability objectives.

  • Worked closely with Engineering Development Teams to perform root cause analysis and implement design changes for Failure Modes observed during Reliability Growth Testing.

  • Performed Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on multiple iterations of prototype designs.

  • Participated in preparing semi-complex prototypes for testing and provides technical assistance on design feasibility.
