The individual applying for a firearms certificate must answer all of the questions correctly to pass. The use of the “Study Guide” and notes are permitted for the initial Firearms Certificate only. Closed book tests are administered during annual firearms certificate renewal training and qualification. A copy of this written test must be kept in employee file subject to audit.
