Après le retour en France des derniers vols supplémentaires, Air France continue de se mobiliser et propose un numéro de téléphone prioritaire dédié à ses tout derniers clients parties sur un vol de la compagnie avant l’éruption du volcan, et qui seraient encore en attente d’une solution de reacheminement.



Ce numéro (coût d’un appel normal) : + 33 1 57 02 10 58, sera disponible jusqu’au jeudi 29 avril 18h00, heure de Paris.
Les clients d’Air France concernés bénéficieront ainsi d’un traitement immédiat pour faciliter leur retour en France.

Pour obtenir des informations actualisées en temps réel sur chacun de nos vols, veuillez consulter la rubrique « Infos vols & destinations » > « Tous les horaires » sur  www.airfrance.com.
 
Vous pouvez également consulter les horaires actualisés en temps réel :
- par SMS en envoyant votre numéro de vol au 6 3654 - exemple : AF2062 (pour les abonnés SFR France ou SFR Réunion, Orange France ou Orange Réunion, Bouygues Télécom France),
- par SMS en envoyant votre numéro de vol au 9 66 54 - exemple : AF2062 (pour les abonnés Orange Antilles ou Orange Guyane),
- par téléphone au 36 54 (en France métropolitaine) ou en appelant votre centre d’appel Air France local.

Air France a mis en place des mesures commerciales à l’intention des clients dont le vol a été annulé. Ils pourront reporter leur voyage en fonction des disponibilités ou demander le remboursement de leur(s) billet(s) :


- en priorité au point de vente où le billet a été acheté,
- dans la rubrique « Aide et contact » de nos sites internet,
- par téléphone au 36 54 en France métropolitaine ou en appelant votre centre d’appel Air France local.

On schedule and extra flights


All our flights are back on schedule. On top of that, we will operate a large number of extra flights together with our Sky Team partners.

Current flight status

Check the arrival and departure times of our flights




North America:

  • Delta Air Lines will operate flights DL8775 and DL8776 from New York to Amsterdam and back. These will replace flights KL643 and KL644 until 2 May.

  • Delta Air Lines will operate flight DL239 from Atlanta to Amsterdam and back. This will replace flights KL621 and KL622 until 2 May.

  • San Francisco (SFO): capacity will be increased on 1 May. 


South America and Caribbean:

  • Sao Paolo: capacity will be increased on 26, 28 and 30 April.

  • Lima: capacity will be increased on 26, 28 and 30 April.  

  • Extra flight to and from Paramaribo will be operated on 28 April (KL713 and KL714).


Middle East:

  • Dubai (DXB): capacity will be increased from a Boeing 747 Combi to a Boeing full passenger conversion.

  • Cairo (CAI): capacity will be increased on 25 and 30 April to a Boeing 777-300ER


Asia:

  • An extra daily flight to Hong Kong (KL887) will be operated between 24 April and 1 May.

  • An extra daily flight from Hong Kong (KL888) will be operated between 25 and 30 April.

  • An extra daily flight to and from Singapore (KL833) will be operated between 23 April and 29 April.

  • An extra daily flight from Singapore (KL834) will be operated between 24 April and 30 April.

  • Capacity will be increased to and from Shanghai (KL895 and KL896) between 24 April and 1 May, with the exception of 28 April.  

  • Capacity will be increased to Bangkok/Taipei (KL877 and KL878) on 25 and 26 April, 28 April and 30 April. On 23 and 25 April there will be no flights to Taipei.

  • Capacity will be increased to (KL803) and from Manila (KL804) on 25 April. 

Some of these adjustments still need to be approved by local authorities.



Are you rebooked to travel from Amsterdam?
Check in online at KLM.com to avoid long queues in the departure hall of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. If you do not have a boarding pass, you need a booking confirmation, which you can view and print via Manage my Booking on KLM.com, or via your travel agent. You can also check in at one of our self service check-in machines at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

Make sure you are at the airport at least 3 hours before departure. Before going to the airport please check the latest flight information on our website.

We may have changed your flight dates for you. Please log on to Manage my Booking to view your flight details. Or read the answers to our most frequently asked questions.

If you have a fully flexible ticket and your flight dates have not been changed, you can change your flight dates yourself, free of cost, via Manage my Booking or via your travel agent.

If you do not have a fully flexible ticket, please contact your travel agent or the KLM Service Centre about changing your flight.

If you travel to, from or via Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, between 14 April and 23 April 2010, we offer the following options:

1. Change of travel dates
You may change flight dates for travel to, from or via Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. If you have a fully flexible ticket, you can do this yourself via Manage my Booking. Outbound travel should occur no later than 10 June 2010. The original required duration of your stay may be unchanged.

The following conditions apply:



  • You may only change your flight dates to alternate flight dates, if available in the same booking class. However if your original flight was cancelled, you are allowed to change your flight dates to alternate flight dates with availability in the same cabin or class of service (economy or business class).

  • Changing flight dates and re-issuing of tickets must be done by the end of the day on Friday, 7 May 2010.

  • You may change to alternate flights of AIR FRANCE, KLM and/or Delta only.

You may use the full value of your existing tickets for the purchase of new tickets at the same or a higher AIR FRANCE, KLM and/or Delta fare for flights after 10 June 2010.

2. Change of destination
You may use the full value of your existing tickets for the purchase of new tickets at the same or a higher AIR FRANCE, KLM and/or Delta fare.

Re-booking and re-issuing of tickets must be done by the end of the day on Friday, 7 May 2010. To change your destination, please contact us.

3. Refunds
If your flight between 14 and 23 April was cancelled by KLM or was delayed for more than 5 hours, you can request a full refund until one year after the original flight date.

If you request a refund for a flight originally scheduled between April 14th and 23rd that was not cancelled by KLM, we need to receive your full refund request at the latest on 7 May 2010.



  • If you bought your ticket via a travel agent, please request a refund via your travel agent.

  • If you bought your ticket via KLM.com, a KLM ticket office or KLM Telephone Reservations, and your ticket number starts with 074, you can apply for a refund by filling out our online refund form. This will avoid long waiting times at our sales and service centres.

If your ticket number starts with 057, 006 or 012, please contact your original booking source.

Refund for extra services
Did you buy an extra product or service on KLM.com, or at a self-service machine at the airport, but you could not use it because your flight was cancelled or delayed on 16, 17, 18 or 19 April? We will automatically refund the amount you paid to the credit card you used for your purchase. This applies to Economy Comfort seats, seats with extra legroom, seats in a row of 2 and pre-purchased extra baggage only.

For a refund for an extra service or product you could not use on a flight cancelled or delayed on other dates, please fill out our refund form for extra services.

Retrieving your luggage


If your luggage did not arrive with you, please fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the airport. If you have not done this yet, please fill out an online version of our PIR. You will then receive a file number by e-mail. With this number you can trace your baggage on KLM.com.

Other airlines


If your flight is operated by an airline other than KLM, please contact this airline for information. You can identify such a flight by checking the flight number: these flights have flight numbers from KL2000 to KL9899. If you are not sure whether your flight is operated by another airline, please check your booking confirmation. We are sorry that we are currently unable to give you any information about other carriers.
