ARTICLE 13

Entry into force, Duration and Amendments

92.This Memorandum of Understanding will enter into force upon signature.

93.This Memorandum of Understanding will remain in force for a period of at least 5 years after its first signature under the present shape, on 23/02/2006 in Brussels. (15/12/2010 in Prague)

94.The General Assembly may amend this MoU and expand its duration beyond 5 years, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 22 above.

95.Amendments will take effect following decisions by the General Assembly.





ARTICLE 14

Final clause

96.This MOU is the ALADIN Consortium highest document. It contains a core of 14 Articles made of 98 paragraphs at the time of the signature, and a set of three Annexes.

97.This MOU cannot be opposed to or supersede any national law and/or regulation to be respected by the Parties1.
