【摘要】

細葉水丁香 (Ludwigia hyssopifolia) 為柳葉菜科 (Onagraceae) 水丁香屬 (Ludwigia) 之一年生草本植物,是全省各地水邊常見的植物。細葉水丁香全草的甲醇萃取物,以分配萃取分離法,分成乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水可溶部。此三部分進行抗氧化生物活性測試,乙酸乙酯層與正丁醇層表現最佳。藉由生物活性引導,進一步進行成分的純化與結構鑑定,總共分離十四種化合物,包括三個芳香族化合物,五個固醇類化合物,二個葉綠素,三個三萜類化合物,一個雙萜類化合物。其中化合物 trans-coniferylaldehyde (1)、gallic acid (13) 與 1,2,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose (14) 在DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) 自由基清除效應試驗中,顯示明顯抗氧化活性,IC50 分別為24.5、3.8 與 7.2 μg/ml。

月桃 (Alpinia speciosa) 為薑科 (Zingiberaceae) 月桃屬之多年生草本植物,在全省平野至低海拔山區皆可見。月桃葉部的甲醇萃取物,以分配萃取分離法,分成氯仿、正丁醇及水可溶部。此三部分進行抗氧化生物活性測試,氯仿層表現最佳。藉由生物活性引導,進一步進行成分的純化與結構鑑定,總共分離十八種化合物,包括二個固醇類化合物,七個類黃酮化合物,四個芳香族化合物,二個長鏈化合物,一個雙萜類化合物,一個三萜類化合物,一個生物鹼。其中化合物vanillin (22) 、5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavanone (23) 與uvangoletin (25) 在DPPH自由基清除效應試驗中,具有些微的抗氧化活性。

Abstract

Ludwigia hyssopifolia (Onagraceae), an annual herb, is widely distributed in wet areas of Taiwan. Air-dried pieces of the whole plant of L. hyssopifolia were extracted with methanol. The MeOH extract were suspended in H2O and partitioned sequentially using EtOAc and n-BuOH. Among these three fractions, the EtOAc and n-BuOH layers showed perfect antioxidant activities. These pharmacological activities led us to investigate its components, resulting in the isolation and structural elucidation of fourteen compounds including three aromatic compounds, five steroids, two chlorophylls, three triterpenoids and one diterpenoid. Among those compounds, trans-coniferylaldehyde (1), gallic acid (13) and 1,2,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose (14) showed strong DPPH free radical scavenging activity. The IC50 are 24.5, 3.8 and 7.2 μg/ml, respectively.

Alpinia speciosa (Zingiberaceae), a perennial herb, is generally distributed in field and low elevation mountain of Taiwan. The MeOH extract were suspended in H2O and partitioned sequentially using CHCl3 and n-BuOH. Among these three fractions, the CHCl3 layer showed excellent antioxidant activity. The pharmacological activity led us to investigate its components, resulting in the isolation and structural elucidation of eighteen compounds including two steroids, seven flavonoids, four aromatic compounds, two aliphatic compounds, one diterpenoid, one triterpenoid and one alkaloid. Among those compounds, vanillin (22), 5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavanone (23) and uvangoletin (25) showed light antioxidant effect.
